2. Mental Health & Self-Harm. If you threaten your life or threaten to harm yourself, I will block you and you will not receive a refund. Spellwork and tarot readings are not a substitute for mental healthcare. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

3. Refund Policy. I operate under a strict no-refund policy. No refunds are provided under any circumstances for any service, including consultations, tarot readings, spellwork, guidance sessions, or subscriptions. Payment through any accepted method constitutes binding acceptance of this policy, regardless of whether the service has been delivered or a consultation has taken place. Once you book and pay, the service is considered initiated, and all sales are final.

If you have not observed any noticeable movement within three (3) months of the date you received your post-spell reading, please reach out. I will do a complimentary three-card check-in to see what is going on with your working. You should never feel left in the dark after investing in this work.

Moonlit Satisfaction Promise: If three (3) months have passed since you received your post-spell reading and you still have not noticed any movement, you qualify for a discounted recast of your original working. Spells priced at $100 or under are recast at 25% off the original price. Spells originally priced over $100 are recast at 50% off, up to a maximum discount of $150. The recast must be the same working or a comparable one of equal or lesser value. This offer is available one time per original purchase and does not carry over to subsequent recasts. This promise does not guarantee outcomes; it reflects my commitment to standing behind the work I do.

To claim a satisfaction recast, contact me directly via DM, email, or text within thirty (30) days of your three-month mark. If you would like a more detailed assessment of your energetic situation before deciding on a recast, a post-work energy check-in is also available for $15.

In lieu of monetary refunds, I may offer a credit toward a different service of equal or lesser value at my sole discretion. Credits are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue and require proof of issuance to redeem. For full details, please review the Terms of Service.

4. Spellwork Outcomes. Spellwork is spiritual and energetic in nature and cannot be guaranteed to produce specific outcomes. Manifestation timelines vary based on resistance, free will, external influences, and real-world circumstances. While some clients notice movement within 2–3 weeks, peak manifestation may take longer depending on the situation. Spells are not guaranteed to work under any circumstances. How you react to results is completely on you, and I am not liable for any choices you make as a result.

5. Delivery Timelines. Due to high demand, readings and spellwork may take up to one (1) month to be delivered. I do my best to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for this timeframe during busy periods. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as all services are custom, digital, and energetic in nature.

6. FaceTime Readings. FaceTime recordings of private readings outside of TikTok or Instagram LIVE are an additional $2/minute.

7. Live Interruptions. If you purchase a reading during a TikTok or Instagram LIVE and for any reason the live gets banned, you fall asleep, I have to leave due to an emergency, etc., please contact my Instagram (@silver.tempestxx) so we can reschedule your reading. I also operate a backup TikTok at @notmoonlitdivination if you'd like to rejoin.

8. Impersonation & Scammers. I will never message you privately on TikTok or any other social media platform claiming you have been “chosen” for a reading. Scammers have been known to create fake accounts impersonating tarot readers and using their videos, then following their main account’s followers and pretending to have “important messages” for them (use disc27 as a little thank-you for reading the fine print) before directing people to their own payment methods. Please always double-check that my payment methods match those listed on this site. Your safety comes first.

9. Reading Credits. If you receive a credit from me for a late reading, that credit will only be valid for three (3) months, and I may request proof of said credit before honoring it.

10. Spell Oil Products & Allergic Reactions. All spell oils sold by Moonlit Divination are handcrafted botanical products. While allergy information is collected at the time of purchase to help formulate the most appropriate product possible, the responsibility for disclosing allergies and sensitivities rests entirely with the client. Moonlit Divination LLC is not responsible for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

It is your responsibility to perform a patch test before applying any oil to your skin. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours before full use. By using any product without completing a patch test, you assume full responsibility for any resulting reaction.

By purchasing a spell oil, you release Moonlit Divination LLC from any and all liability for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse responses to the product while it is in your possession. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for allergic reactions under any circumstances.
