Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Moonlit Divination are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Dissatisfaction with a reading or its outcome
- Spellwork that has not yet produced visible results
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to read our Terms of Service or this policy prior to purchase
- Allergic reactions to ritual oil products

Digital services (tarot readings, oracle readings, birth chart readings, spellwork, guidance sessions, and post-spell readings) are delivered and considered fulfilled upon sending. No refunds will be issued once delivery has occurred.

Spellwork

No refunds will be issued for spellwork under any circumstances, including situations where results have not yet manifested. Spiritual and energetic work begins upon payment and cannot be undone. Initial energetic movement may be noticed within 2 to 3 weeks; peak manifestation may take longer depending on the complexity of the situation and real-world factors outside our control.

Ritual Oil Products

All ritual oils are handcrafted botanical products. It is your responsibility to disclose all known allergies and sensitivities at the time of purchase and to perform a patch test before use. Moonlit Divination LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed sensitivities or failure to patch test. No refunds will be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Some oils are not formulated for skin contact and are clearly labeled as such. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Credits

In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer a service credit of equal or lesser value in lieu of a refund. Credits are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue, require proof of issuance to redeem, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly at emerald@moonlit-divination.com before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute immediately terminates all active and future services with Moonlit Divination. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks, including filing claims in small claims court.
