All services offered by Moonlit Divination — including tarot readings, oracle readings, birth chart readings, spellwork, candle workings, jar spells, ritual oils, and guidance sessions — are provided for entertainment and personal enrichment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of readings or the outcomes of any spellwork. Results vary based on individual circumstances, free will, and external factors outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any service from Moonlit Divination. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full prior to service delivery. Accepted methods include CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, and Apple Pay (where applicable). Specific methods may vary by service type.
For spellwork, no work begins until full payment has been received. For Stripe-processed payments using buy-now-pay-later services (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay), work may begin once the platform confirms payment processing.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full, regardless of whether a consultation has taken place or service delivery has begun.
Credits. In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer a service credit of equal or lesser value in lieu of a refund. Credits are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue and require proof of issuance to redeem. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute immediately terminates all active and future services with Moonlit Divination. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks, including but not limited to filing claims in small claims court and reporting to relevant consumer fraud agencies. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
Spellwork is spiritual and energetic in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results. Initial energetic movement may be noticed within 2 to 3 weeks; peak manifestation may take longer depending on the complexity of the situation, resistance, and real-world factors.
Spellwork will not be performed for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion without explanation.
Post-spell readings (PSRs) are included only when explicitly stated in the service description.
All ritual oils are handcrafted botanical products. It is your responsibility to disclose all known allergies and sensitivities at the time of purchase and to perform a patch test before use. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. Moonlit Divination LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed sensitivities or failure to patch test.
Some oils are not formulated for skin contact and are clearly labeled as such. Please read all product descriptions carefully. All sales are final; no refunds will be issued for allergic reactions.
Tarot readings are generally delivered within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. Spellwork timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of booking. Due to high demand, delivery may take up to one (1) month. We will communicate delays when possible.
We maintain a respectful environment. The following will result in immediate termination of services without refund:
All new spellwork clients are required to complete an intake consultation ($30) prior to booking spellwork. This fee is non-refundable but is applied toward the cost of the working. If your situation materially changes before payment for the spell is received, a new consultation fee applies.
Subscription services (tarot subscriptions, spellwork subscriptions) are non-refundable. Subscriptions do not include unlimited access outside the stated scope of the plan. Follow-up support beyond booked sessions must be scheduled and paid for separately.
All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that spellwork will produce specific results or that readings will be accurate for any particular purpose. All spiritual services are provided for entertainment and personal enrichment only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlit Divination LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to decisions made based on readings or spellwork outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
